All vintage fountain pens have been carefully and thoughtfully restored to a fully working condition to once again reveal their original charm.

A5 laminated notes are supplied on the history of the pen and manufacturer together with notes on ‘How to fill your pen’ and ‘How to care for your pen’.


PARKER VICTORY Mark IV Fountain Pen,  Circa 1948, Colour: very dark blue, The wording
                                “PARKER” is inscribed on the elegant and distinctive tapered clip , The
                                cap has two gold bands, The barrel in engraved: “PARKER VICTORY,
                                Made in England”, Trim is rolled gold, Ink filling is by the push button
                                hidden beneath the blind cap on the barrel, The original nib reads:
                                “PARKER,14K, PEN, N”, Solid gold 14 carat ‘medium’ nib, Very smooth
                                writer, Condition: excellent, Length: 5 1/4″ – 6″

UNKNOWN STERLING SILVER Fountain Pen,  Date: Hallmarked 1935, Sterling Silver,  Ideal pen
                                for a smaller writing hand, Designed without a clip, The barrel has the
                                hallmarks of Birmingham together with the 1935 marking, The solid gold
                                medium nib is inscribed with: “Warranted, 14ct, 1st Quality”, The nib has
                                a persuasive charm of its own as it glides across the paper,
                                Condition: near mint, Length: 3 3/4″ – 4 3/4″

PARKER PARKETTE Fountain Pen, Circa 1939, Colour: Brown marbled, Very unusual colour for
Parker, Clip has the wording: “PATO” which is usually used by the Eagle
Pencil Company ( aka Epenco ) who had a factory in Canada, Parker
had taken over this Epenco factory and used their pen stocks, The cap
has two gold bands, Trim is rolled gold, The barrel has the inscription:
“PARKETTE, Made in Canada” , Nib is inscribed: “PARKER PEN, 14K, N”,
Solid gold 14 carat ‘medium’ nib, The nib glides across the paper,
Condition: near mint, Length: 4 3/4″ – 6″

BURNHAM ‘Boots’ PELHAM Fountain Pen,  Circa 1957, Colour: Green marbled, Clip has the
                                wording: “BOOTS”, There are no Burnham markings but a Burnham it is
                                due to the design of the clip, the ink lever and the general design, The
                                cap has three gold bands, Trim is rolled gold, The barrel has the
                                inscription: “PELHAM” , Solid gold 14 carat ‘broad’ nib, Very smooth

SUMMIT S160 Fountain Pen,  Circa 1939, Colour: Chased black, The clip is inscribed with
                                “SUMMIT”, The company started business as Curzon, Lloyd and
                                MacGregor in Liverpool then changed its name to Curzon’s in the 1920’s
                                and then to Summit just before the WWII, The cap also has one gold
                                band, The barrel is engraved “SUMMIT S160, Made in England”, Trim is
                                rolled gold, Nib is inscribed: “SUMMIT, 14CT GOLD”, Solid 14 ct gold
                                ‘medium’ nib, Condition: excellent, Very smooth writer,

                                words: “PARKER, PAT Sep 5 ’16”, The cap also has one broad(ish) gold
                                band, This design has the original barrel end and cap end as set by the
                                Duofold designer (Lewis Tebbel) back in 1921, Trim is gold filled, The
                                barrel is engraved: “PARKER DUOFOLD, Geo S Parker, Made in USA”,  Nib
                                is inscribed: “PARKER, DUOFOLD, PEN, Made in USA”, Solid 14 ct gold
                                ‘medium’ nib, Very smooth writer,  Length: 4 1/2″ – 5 5/8″

                                type clip has the Mentmore logo: “M” with the ball end to the clip, Cap
                                has a gold band around the mouth, The barrel is engraved with:
                                “Mentmore, Diploma, Made in England”, Filling is by the lever filler system
                                on side of the barrel, The nib is engraved: “Sheafer, 3, Made in USA”,
                                Solid 14 ct gold ‘fine’ nib, Lovely writer, Very smooth body, Condition is

                                Filling is by the button filler system beneath the blind cap on the barrel,

WATERMAN’S 52 Fountain Pen,  Circa 1930, Colour: Black chased hard rubber,  Cap has one
                                gold band around the mouth which is hallmarked “FDW” i.e. for the
                                chairman Frank D Waterman,  The gold band is also hallmarked “.375”
                                meaning 9 carat gold, The hallmarks for the year “P” ie 1930 and the
                                Leopard face which means it was gold stamped in London, The barrel is
                                engraved with: “WATERMANS FOUNTAIN PEN” along with the globe logo,
                                  The end of the barrel is engraved with: “WATERMAN’S, Pat U.S. Reg
                                Off, Made in USA”, Filling is by the lever filler system on the barrel, The
                                lever is engraved with the globe logo and the word: “IDEAL”,  Solid 14 ct
                                gold ‘fine’ nib, Gracefully smooth writer, Length: 5 3/8″ – 6 5/8″
