WATERMAN'S Fountain Pen

Circa 1940.  Colour: Grey/green marbled.  Nib: 'Medium'.

Waterman's had taken over the Falcon Pen Works in Neasden London which had previously produced the Pitman Shorthand pen, Unique pen and Boots own-label pen.

The clip has the Art-Deco design and the word: "WATERMAN'S".  The cap has two gold bands. The barrel has the inscription : "Waterman's, Made in England".  The solid gold nib is engraved: WATERMAN'S, 14ct, England, 2A".   Ink filling is by the gold lever on the barrel.  Condition is excellent.  Wonderful writer and beautiful pen. Length: 5" - 5 7/8"
By 1954 it was left to Jif-Waterman in
France to carry on the Waterman's name.
