WYVERN De Luxe Fountain Pen Circa 1935. Colour: Green hatch marbled . Nib:'Medium' Wyvern was a small Leicester manufacturer which was popularised by HM The Queen who used to give her staff a Wyvern pen at Christmas. The clip is impressive with the engraving of the WYVERN dragon.  The cap has a broad gold band. Trim is rolled gold. Imprint on barrel which reads: "WYVERN De Luxe, Made in England".  Ink filling is by the gold lever on the barrel. The original nib also has the splendid engraving of the Wyvern dragon. Solid gold 14 carat 'medium' nib.  Writes gentle and smooth. Condition is excellent.
